Hurricane Earl Heads Up the Coast

Sept. 3 — Hurricane Earl is marching up the East coast, bringing high winds, heavy rains and forcing some evacuations. We’ll keep an eye out on things and post some “user-generated content” as we find it, which will give you an idea of the strength of the storm as it heads up the Mid-Atlantic coast. Earl is getting closer to our area, but so far just cloudy skies. In case you’re heading over to the Delmarva peninsula, though, for a last-weekend-of-the-summer escape, it looks like it will have swept through and sunny skies will return for Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
